Age Limit :

• For SI (Civil,AR,APSP) – Min 21 years – Max 25 years
• For Deputy Jailors (Men) – Min 21 years – Max 30 years
• For Deputy Jailors (Women) -Min 21 years – Max 25 years
• For Station Fire Officers – Min 18 years – Max 30  years

Age Relaxation : 

1. For SC/ST/BC – Up to max 5 years 
2. For AP State Govt Employee – Up to max 5 years
3. For Army, Naval, Air force Served candidates – Up to 3 years 
4. For NCC Candidates – Up to 3 years 
5. For Census Department Served candidates min 6 months of period – Up to 3 years

Educational Qualification : 

1. For SI (Civil, AR,APSP, Station Fire Officers) – Any Degree                                                       
2. Note : For SC,ST candidates Must have Intermediate or 12th for Eligibility for  Civil, AR,APSP, Station Fire Officers posts
3. For Deputy Jailors(Men and Women) – Any Degree

Distance Education : Those who are completed their Graduation Under Open University or Distance education are also eligible for above posts.
Selection Process :  Selection Process is under four stages as mentioned below.

1. Preliminary Examination
2. Physical Measurement Test(PMT)
3. Physical Efficiency Test(PET)
4. Main Examination

• For SC,ST Candidates – Rs.300/-
