Indian Constitution was adopted or ratified on 26th November 1949 and came into effective from January 26 1950. With this Constitution India become as Republic India. Indian Constitution was written by Drafting Committee. Chairman of the drafting committee is Dr.B.R.Ambedkar.

Fundamental Rights:

Fundamental Rights are included in the PART III of Indian Constitution. At the time of starting Fundamental rights were seven.Then Right to act was removed from the Part III by the amendment 44.

Fundamental Rights are dived into 6 groups.

1. Right to Equality
2. Right to Freedom
3. Right to against exploitation
4. Right to freedom of religion
5. Cultural and Educational Rights
6. Right to constitutional Rights
