SEBI Recruitment 2018- for 120 posts of officers grade A (Assistant Manager):
SEBI (SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA) has released notification for the posts of officers grade A (Assistant Manager) recruitment in 2018. SEBI invites applications from Indian citizens for the post of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) for the General Stream, Legal Stream, Information Technology Stream and Engineering Stream. SEBI reserves the right to fill up the posts or not to fill up the posts at all. Eligible candidates may apply online from 15-09-2018. Application Fee: Rs. 850/- as application fee cum intimation charges for Unreserved and OBC (NCL) category and Rs. 100/- as intimation charges for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.

Step I : Candidate must visit https://www.sebi.gov.in/ for the online application.
Step II : Pay the prescribed fee through online.
Step III : Fill the application form without mistakes
Step IV : Download the application form in PDF format and take print for future use.
Selection Process : Selection will be carried out in three phases. Phase I will be an on-line examination consisting of Multiple Choice Questions on General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Test of Reasoning and Awareness of Securities Market. Candidates shortlisted in Phase I will appear for Phase II, which will also be an on-line examination consisting of three papers. Candidates shortlisted in Phase II will be called for an Interview. SEBI reserves the right to modify the selection procedure, if deemed fit.
Probation: The selected candidates shall be recruited as Officers Grade ‘A’ and will undergo a probation of two years.
Accommodation & Posting: Residential accommodation shall be provided subject to availability. The Officers may be posted and transferred to any location in India where SEBI has its Offices. The officers may be posted to any department of SEBI, irrespective of stream.
Note: SEBI will arrange pre-examination training for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, free of cost at Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and New Delhi centres. Candidates, who desire to avail of the training, may apply separately to SEBI and will be required to attach a scanned copy of the caste/ PwBD certificate.
